Delivery Period

The shipping period varies depending on the product ordered. Please check each product's detail page.
For pre-order items, delivery will be made after the release date.

*For products whose shipping period is not stated on the product detail page, they will be shipped normally within 10 business days after order confirmation (approx. 10 days, excluding weekends, holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays).
*Please note that this refers to the "shipping" date, not the "arrival" date, so the actual delivery time will vary depending on your location and transportation conditions.
*If you order items with different estimated shipping dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together according to the latest estimated shipping date.
*For merchandise sold at concert venues or events, shipping may take more than 10 business days depending on stock availability.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary out of stock
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Delay in product manufacturing
・Incomplete orders or payments, such as over/under payment
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or long consecutive holidays

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information. Please check it.
Clicking the "View Order" button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number".
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in via "My Page" and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant "Order History".

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method

Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
*We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
*Orders cannot be delivered to shipping carrier offices, post offices, or convenience stores for pickup.

Combining/Splitting Shipments

We cannot consolidate or split shipments for orders that have already been placed.
Items ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: 990 yen / Okinawa only 2,200 yen (tax included)
Post-in Delivery (Nekoposu): 500 yen

*If you choose Nekoposu delivery, it will be delivered to your mailbox (if it doesn't fit in the mailbox, it will be redelivered).
*In the case of Nekoposu delivery, there is a possibility of loss, but we are not responsible for any loss or accidents after delivery. Please use this service only if you agree to these terms. By choosing Nekoposu delivery, you are agreeing to these terms.
・If "Nekoposu eligible product" is stated on the product detail page, you can select Nekoposu delivery.
・Products not marked as "Nekoposu eligible product" on the product detail page are only available for standard shipping. Please be aware of this beforehand.

International Shipping
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
*Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
 Customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) may be incurred upon receipt of the package if it arrives in the delivery country/region/state, and you may be responsible for these costs.
*Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated in the delivery country/region/state.
*Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.

Receiving Your Order

If you are not at home when the item is delivered, please follow the instructions on the不在連絡票 (absence notification slip) left by the shipping company to receive your item.
If the item is not received within the storage period, it will be returned to SMILE WORKS SHOP.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
Orders will be canceled if 2 months have passed since the return.
*As a general rule, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
*The round-trip shipping costs for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
*If there are repeated refusals to receive, long-term absences, or redeliveries due to customer's convenience, your use of the service may be restricted. Please be sure to receive your items.

*International shipping is not available for delivery by the performance date.
*We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
